The Y9a price in Kenya is in the region of 25,000 shillings. It features Android 10 with no Google Play Services. Android 10 is the tenth major release and the 17th version of the Android mobile operating system. Huawei Y9a also comes with a quad 64MP + 8MP + 2 MP + 2 MP main camera and a Motorized pop-up 16 MP selfie shooter. The phone is powered by an Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and has a lasting, non-removable 4200 mAh battery (with fast battery charging 70% in 30 min).

Remarks

Like most of Huawei’s recent phones, the Y9a won’t come with Google Play, forcing those who buy the phone to get their apps from Huawei’s AppGallery store. Rounding out the Y9a feature list is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack. At launch, Huawei plans to sell the phone in three colors: Space Silver, Sakura Pink, and Midnight Black. If Huawei decides to release the Y9a in more markets, we’ll let you know.
