Over the years Oppo has been partnering with FC Barcelona, Roland-Garros, and Wimbledon, as well as the Boston Marathon. And during the launch of Reno 3 the company invited Liverpool FC’s star Mohamed Salah to celebrate the occasion. It said Reno 3 series’ “impeccable photography capabilities” is comparable to the Egypt national forward’s “immense professional skills”. The official launch of Oppo Reno 3 Series took place in Hangzhou, China in December 26, 2019.

The partnership between Oppo and Mo Salah looks promising for Oppo as it looks to boost its global reputation. But maybe next time Oppo should consider its next brand ambassador after positive sports events. For Salah it would have made greater impact when LFC had just won the Champions League. The the timing does not steal it’s ambassador’s shine, we know this partnership comes after LFC losing half its games in the past month. This including two losses from #6 in the Primera Division and from #17 in the English Premier League.
The features of Oppo Reno 3 include 6.4-inch 20:9 1080p OLED panel with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also comes with a 44-megapixel sensor, (apparently a world first). The main camera has a 64-megapixel sensor and f/1.7 lens. Other specs include MediaTek’s new Helio P95 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB of expandable storage. Oppo Reno 3 Pro does not support 5G. Finally it has a 4,025mAh battery can be fast-charged at 30W with Oppo’s VOOC 4.0 system, which the company says will get you from 0 to 50-percent full in 20 minutes and 100 percent in 56.
