Nokia 1 review
The Nokia 1 is low end smartphone that has the best software in a simple hardware. HMD global have tried to balance the spectrum by producing Nokia phones for different classes of consumers from the Nokia 1 to the Nokia 8 sirocco.

The Nokia 1 comes in a polycarbonate plastic back panel which is not a surprice considering the phone is an entry-level device. The Nokia 1 has a 4.5-inch display with the dimensions of 133.6 x 67.78 x 9.5 mm, it also weighs 131 g inclusive of the battery. The phone has a removable cover and underneath it is a replaceable battery, two nano sim card slots and a microSD card slot. It has a micro USB port in the bottom for charging and a headphone jack at the top for listening to music and radio. The phone comes in two colors Warm Red and Dark Blue.
The Nokia 1 runs on Android Oreo (Go edition) which is an operating system thats specifically designed for entry level budget phones. The phone is packed on-top of a 1.1GHz MediaTek MT6737M Quad-Core processor that is designed to give you a smooth performance. The 1 GB RAM ensures the phone is able to handle most of the apps effectively and multitasking between different apps. The also phone supports 4G LTE for faster browsing and downloads.
The Nokia 1 comes with 8 GB of internal memory which is not enough considering a portion of it is occupied by the OS and pre installed apps. The storage wont be enough if you are to store your videos, pictures and music locally but it is expandable to upto 128 GB via a microSD card.
The phone comes with 5 MP rear camera with a LED flash that can take pictures and record video capped at 720p HD. It also has a 2 MP front camera that you can take selfies with and make video calls with. The camera on this phone is not something that can be depend on if photography is your thing.
The Nokia 1 is powered by a 2150mAh removable battery that can easily run through the day depending on your usage. The phone dose not support fast charging.

The Nokia 1 is a budget friendly smartphone thats able to take care of the normal day in day out tasks like replying emails,whatsApp and listening to music. The phone has its own share of limitations but with the price tag, its understandable.
