If you own a Samsung smartphone from 2018 then something great could be coming your way. Yes a Samsung phone from 2019. Galaxy A6 (2018) and Galaxy A7 (2018) if I must be particular. Samsung rolled out Android 10 for these two smartphones. It has also rolled out Android 10 with One UI 2.0 for Galaxy M40 and A70s.
The Android 10 update for the Galaxy A7 (2018) weighs 1.3GB and sports version number A750FXXU4CTBC of this model. So then clearly rolling out only to a small number of users. It brings with it the Dark Mode feature, new navigation gestures and a fresh UI in One UI 2.0. It also bumps up the security patch level to March 1, 2020. Check out the screenshots catalog below.
As for the Galaxy A6 (2018) it gets Android 10 with build number A600FNXXU5CTB9 and the March 2020 Android security patch as well. It (this phone) was released 2018, May with Android 8.0 (Oreo) and an Exynos 7870 Octa (14 nm) chipset.
The other Samsung phone receiving this update is Galaxy A80. It gets Dark Mode, new navigation gestures, new UI and Digital Wellbeing with the upgrade. But what it does not get with the upgrade is the screen recording feature which is in One UI 2.0. It seems Samsung has reserved it for its high-end smartphones.
These Samsung phones will also benefit from Samsung rolling out Android 10.0 with OneUI 2.0. Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30 phones. The update for the Galaxy A70 will be for version A705FNXXU5BTC2 and includes the February 2020 security patch.
