The phone is powered by an Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and has a lasting, non-removable 5000 mAh battery (with fast charging 18W).

Remarks

The smartphone supports dual nano-SIM. It runs Android 10 with MIUI 11 out of the box, and it’s upgradable to MIUI 12. The device comes with a fingerprint scanner at the back, and an infrared blaster for remotely controlling televisions and other household devices. It also boasts of a splash-resistant P2i coating.

The launch of the Poco M2 came a day after Poco X3 NFC was announced in the global market. While an exact date for its India launches in not known, this tweet from C Manmohan, the General Manager of Poco India, suggests that it is in the pipeline.
